n line with Governor Ali Roba’s vision to trans-
form the water sector in the county, Mandera
IWater Utility Company (Mandera Water and
Sewerage Company) has been revamped to
effectively provide services to the residents
of Mandera. The Board of Directors and Chief
Executive Officer were appointed to oversee the
turnaround of the organization.
The new management is currently working on
the following initiatives to streamline operations:
• Formulation of strategy and policy guidelines
• Mapping and survey users in the town
• Infrastructure improvements across the supply
