PLANNING
he Ministry comprises four departments namely
Lands, Housing, Physical Planning and Survey. The
Tcore mission is to improve the lives and livelihoods of
Mandera people through efficient, sufficient, equitable and
sustainable management of land resources.
The core mandates of each department
Lands
Ensures equitable distribution of land and tenure security
through registration and issuance of ownership documents
for both public and private land
Survey
Ensures orderly implementation of development plans
through survey as well as resolving boundary disputes.
