 Housing – comprises of

 Strategic direction of Lands, Housing and Physical Planning

  •     County land use policy
  •     County spatial and urban development
  •     Develop county land management system (computerize land records and plans)
  •     Ascertain land rights – allotment letters and title deeds
  •     Allocate land to the poor landless
  •     Improve delivery of services – trainings, offices constructions, vehicles, motor bikes
  •     Establishment of low cost building technologies training centres
  •     Resolution of land disputes

Ongoing project

  •     Renovation of Government residential houses
  •     Computerization of land registration

  •     Urban physical planning of all the major towns
