Dr. Abdikadir is a PHD holder in Educational Management. He also holds a Master’s degree of Arts in Education and a diploma in Education.

He is a scholar and renown teacher in Mandera County.Previously, Dr. Abdikadir served as teacher for 19 years. He later served as the Chief Officer for Education for a period of 5 years and was reappointed in the same docket in the new regime.
