Fartun Bulle  Ibrahim is  an accomplished, resourceful and ambitious economist with significant amount of expertise in banking and financial management. She Possess in-depth knowledge of complex economic concepts, mathematics, marketing and adept at applying theories and ideas in real world situation.

She is capable of using economic principles to predict market and consumer behavior on both a long term and short term basis. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and currently undertaking Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management  at the University of Nairobi. She is the current County Chief Officer for Economic Planning and Statistics
