Today marks the swearing-in ceremony of Mohamed Adan Issack, who now holds the position of Chief Officer for the Department of Prevention of Radicalization and Extremism in Mandera County.
The occasion was graced by the presence of our esteemed Governor, H.E Governor Mohamed Adan Khalif and Deputy Governor H.E Dr. Ali Maalim, alongside other senior county officials. The event was presided over by the County Attorney.
