First Lady of Mandera County Donates Critical Medical Equipment to Enhance Maternal and Neonatal Care

Today, the First Lady of Mandera County, Her Excellency Madina Ali Issack donated incubators and other assorted medical equipment to Mandera county referral hospital.
The donation will go a long way towards bridging essential equipment gaps in the facility, ultimately improving maternal and neonatal health outcomes at the county referral hospital.
In her speech, the First Lady reiterated her commitment to resource mobilization aimed at improving the health outcomes of the mothers and children in the county.
Additionally, she commended the health staff across the county for their dedication in executing their duties.
“We appreciate the Frst Lady for this essential donation to our facility, and we shall ensure the donated equipment serves the intended purpose of helping our mothers and newborns,” said the CECM Health Services Mr. Mohamed Ali Omar.
Members of the women caucus who attended the event equally appreciated the First Lady for this strategic move intended to improve the overall health of mothers and their newborns.
