Today, Mandera County hosted a team from the State Department for Devolution led by Ruth Musau , lead person (KDSP II ).
The Deputy County Secretary Hassan Noor received the delegation, which also included Diana Wairimu and Martin Kirimi.
The team reviewed ongoing progress under KDSP II, offered technical support, and provided key recommendations in preparation for the upcoming annual performance assessments(APA).
The visit underscored Mandera County’s commitment to strengthening governance systems, improving service delivery, and ensuring full readiness for the assessment process.
