This year’s devolution conference, the 7th and the final devolution conference, held at Makueni Boys High School, Makueni County, has today come to an end successfully.
This conference’s main theme was “Multi-level Governance for Climate Action”. The event centred on urgent climate action to slow down effects of the unpredictable climatic conditions.
The County bosses who attended the summit reviewed the previous year’s performance and challenges and through various panel discussions, stressed on the centrality of tackling climate change.
Mandera County, as a member of the devolution family, actively participated in the conference. For more, see the details in the pictures.
