Today, the County Secretary and Head of Public Service Mr. Billow Issack Hassan received Mr. Gilbert Masengeli, the Acting Inspector General of Police, along with DCI Director Mr. Mohamed Amin and Mr. Ranson Lolmodooni, GSU Commandant at the County Headquarters.
They were accompanied by the Regional and County Security teams.
The Acting Inspector General was conducting a familiarization and security assessment tour of the northern counties of Mandera, Wajir, and Garissa. The visitors expressed their satisfaction with the development and transformation achieved under devolution.
