Enf. Band Officers’ Pass-Out Parade at Naivisha

H.E. Capt. Ali Ibrahim Roba, today presided over the colourful passing out parade of the County Enforcement Band officers at National Youth Service Technical Training College Naivasha.

The 46 officers graduated after 110 days of intensive training on brass band courses as well as paramilitary drills.

The event attended by CECM public Service and Devolved units, Abdulaziz Omar and his Finance counterpart Zulekha Haroun, Chief of Staff Tamima Ali and Chief Officer for Devolved Units Yusuf Kala was graced by NYS Deputy director Patric Mucai and the commanding officer of the college William Otieno, elders and senior officials.

The team displayed talents learned during the course as Roba urged counties to take up opportunities of training through government to government institutions.

Governor Roba announced the promotion of the band officers saying they had exhibited excellent skills and urged them to make a difference in their workplace.
