H.E, Governor Roba and the Deputy Governor H.E Mohamed Arai, have today led CECs, Chief Officers, Heads of Efficiency Monitoring Unit and the Delivery Unit to a retreat in Kwale to focus on effective service delivery and implementation of budget in an election year.
The main focus of the retreat is to deliver projects which are nearing completion to benefit residents and to deepen service delivery.
