Mandera County leadership has today organized a fundraiser for madrasa schools in Mandera North Sub-County. The fund drive, which was presided over as a chief guest by H.E Captain Ali Roba – the Mandera County Governor, managed to raised a total of 34,560, 900 in kshs.
