Today, we joined our health team in the launch of our second Mandera County Nutrition Action plan in Mandera. I was accompanied by the Deputy Governor H.E Mohamed Arai, the speaker of the county Assembly Mohamed Adan Khalif, health staff, and non state-actors who partnered with us on this journey.
